Turbulence modelling

1) Laminar flow simulation

In the turbulenceProperties dictionary, edit the simulationType entry to laminar.

2) Turbulent flow simulation

In the turbulenceProperties dictionary, edit the simulationType entry to RAS.
Then, in the RAS sub-dictionary, edit the RASModel to the desired turbulence model and the turbulence switch to on. Depending on which model is chosen, some fields may have to be added to the 0/ directory. Please refer to the official OpenFOAM tutorials for further information.
